Having a problem with your purchase? Please follow this procedure. FIRST, read all of the information below on common fixes. PLEASE give us time to help you. In most cases, we will respond to you within 24 hours on business week days, and 48 hours on the weekend. HOWEVER, if you do not get a responce within that time PLEASE send another email. IF you send a complaint to paypal PRIOR to trying to allow us time to help you solve any problem, then you will have to wait until the paypal proocess is over and that could take 2-3 weeks. SO try getting the help from us first! COMCAST remains our biggest problem with blocking orders. ATTENTION YAHOO CUSTOMERS>>>>> IF you are not getting the keys when ordered, I assure you that it is being stopped by the yahoo filter. SOLUTION: Put our email addresses: cutscuts1@cutscuts.com , FVproductions@windstream.net and sales@haircutparty4kids.com in your address book. Also click the NOT SPAM button on our emails when they are in BULK. That will start getting our addresses white listed and you should then get your order. ATTENTION: the OLD address of cutscuts@cutscuts.com is NO LONGER ACTIVE. Mail sent there will NOT be answered... PLEASE USE cutscuts1@cutscuts.com NOTE: Issue effecting some of the downloads of the haircut4kids site. If you just recently updated your Internet browser to IE7 then that may be your problem. Try using Firefox browser or an older version of Internet Explorer. IE7 has security issues that are causing download problems. PLEASE note that 99% of all of the problems reported are from the persons own computer security programs or ISP blocking access to the file downloads. BE SURE your pop up blockers are off and do NOT use a download manager. ATTENTION AOL isp users: You MUST read this site on aol email blocking. http://www.dmsiusa.com/aol.htm I'm tired of aol customers blaming US for not delivering our clips to them when it is their ISP's fault. SO, NEW POLICY. If you are an AOL isp user and you wish to purchase material, GET yourself a new server or NEW email address outside of AOL. OTHERWISE we'll send you one additional clip if it is not received, THEN you are on your own. BEFORE you order our clips, please go to your aol help page and search for two items "EMAIL BLOCKED" and "POPUP Blocker" . You'll find how you can set your settings to accept our email.
